Customer Service & Sales Associate – Sawyer Agency

As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at the Sawyer Agency, you play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service while also introducing them to products that enhance their coverage and peace of mind. You’ll be the go-to resource for customer needs, helping them navigate their policies while identifying opportunities to provide additional value.
Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Assist clients with policy updates, inquiries, and claims while ensuring they have the right coverage.
- Proactively identify and recommend insurance products that fit customer needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure smooth and timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people and understand their needs.
- Sales-oriented mindset, comfortable recommending relevant products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a state insurance license.
