Customer Service & Sales Account Manager – Sawyer Agency

As a Customer Service & Sales Account Manager at the Sawyer Agency, you are a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and agency growth. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, provide expert policy guidance, and proactively recommend additional products that enhance their protection. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and confidently offer solutions will directly impact our success—and yours.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews, ensuring clients have the best coverage for their needs.
- Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both existing customers (warm leads) and potential new clients.
- Confidently engage in sales conversations to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer inquiries, providing expert support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in insurance sales, account management, or customer service preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Must hold an active state insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
