Customer Service & Sales Representative – Sawyer Agency

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at the Sawyer Agency, you play a vital role in supporting our customers while growing our agency. You'll be the trusted resource for policyholders, guiding them through their insurance options, assisting with applications and renewals, and proactively recommending coverage solutions that fit their needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers, providing expert guidance on insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and coverage updates.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely responses.
- Proactively identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that benefits the customer.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- A sales-minded approach, comfortable recommending products to fit customer needs.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred.
- Must hold an active state insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
