Customer Service & Sales Account Manager – Sawyer Agency

As a Customer Service & Sales Account Manager at the Sawyer Agency, you play a vital role in managing client accounts, guiding customers through their insurance options, and proactively recommending products that fit their needs. Your expertise and ability to engage with customers will directly contribute to both their satisfaction and the agency’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with policy updates, changes, and renewals while ensuring they have the best coverage.
- Proactively educate clients on insurance products and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage.
- Process insurance claims and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate account records and policy information.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- A sales-driven mindset, comfortable recommending relevant insurance products.
- Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Must hold an active state insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
