Insurance Account Representative – Sawyer Agency

As an Insurance Account Representative at the Sawyer Agency, you play a key role in supporting our clients and driving business growth. You’ll assist customers with their policies, answer inquiries, and proactively recommend insurance solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to engage with clients and provide exceptional service will directly impact both their satisfaction and our agency’s success.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and coverage updates.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely responses.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that benefits the customer.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
- A sales-minded attitude, comfortable recommending insurance products.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred.
- Must hold an active state insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
