- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions in a clear and approachable way to ensure customers understand their options.
- Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and provide ongoing support for their insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and state/federal regulations to offer the best advice and remain compliant.
- Meet sales targets and continue to build your book of business through referrals and networking.
- State insurance license for Life & Health insurance (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in Life & Health insurance.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products in a simple and clear manner.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software and a comfortable approach to learning new systems.
