Role Overview
As a Life & Health Insurance Specialist, you’ll guide individuals and families through the process of securing essential life and health coverage. You’ll use your expertise to educate clients, build strong relationships, and offer tailored solutions.
Securities licenses are a plus but not required.
Life & Health licenses are required.

Responsibilities
- Market and sell life and health insurance products to new and existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate coverage
- Explain policy options, features, exclusions, and benefits
- Assist clients with policy service and claims support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance updates
Qualifications

Active Life & Health Insurance Licenses (Required)
- Proven success in insurance or financial product sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex products
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with insurance software systems (preferred)

Securities Licenses (Series 6, 63, etc.) a plus

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
