The Sawyer Agency is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll combine your sales acumen with your people skills to drive revenue, retain customers, and grow our agency’s success.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain the necessary licenses—with full support and paid training provided.
Role Description
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency through meaningful client engagement and proactive sales. You’ll educate customers on insurance solutions, provide personalized recommendations, and confidently close business—all while maintaining strong, long-term relationships built on trust.
Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth – Proactively market, recommend, and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

Build Relationships – Develop and maintain strong customer connections to encourage retention and referrals.

Consult with Clients – Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to expand coverage.

Resolve Complex Issues – Support customers with professionalism and urgency while focusing on long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications
- A sales-dominant mindset with proven success in meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience in insurance sales, account management, or related fields preferred.
- Exceptional communication, consultative, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident in initiating and leading sales conversations.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
