Role Description
As a remote Insurance & Financial Services Representative, you will help clients protect and strengthen their financial future through strategic product recommendations. You will educate customers, close new business, and consistently identify additional opportunities within your existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and meet sales targets through outbound and inbound opportunities
- Present tailored insurance and financial solutions based on customer needs
- Build long-term relationships and maintain a high level of customer trust
- Remain up to date with product updates, market insights, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with agency leadership to maximize overall growth and retention
Qualifications
- Must have previous State Farm sales experience
- Must be fully licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Proven sales production track record within a State Farm environment
- Strong consultative sales, closing skills, and relationship-building ability
- Remote self-motivation, high accountability, and disciplined work style

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
